Jointly owned by Jacob Uhl and Oswald Ottendorfer, this lot is the resting place of the Uhl, Ottendorfer and Woerishoffer families.  The only phrase on the central pillar is "UHL & OTTENDORFER"

The family plot contains thirteen individual footstones, four of which mark the graves of members of the Woerishoffer family.  Oswald Ottendorfer and Charles F. Woerishoffer are buried to the left of the central monument, while Anna Woerishoffer and Emma Carola Woerishoffer rest in the front right corner of the plot.
